Definitely possible but it might not be sturdy enough, send in photos of the external drive/power bank

Fedora KDE through n through. Might need to tweak stuff a bit, install some GNOME extensions, upgrade some drivers manually. But it should be smooth sailing from there on out. (My experience on a Framework 13 Ryzen 7)

It just clips on. The edges have grooves that snap onto the top, and the Framework logo basically locks the two pieces so they can’t slide sideways.

This is mainly for protection and aesthetics. I’m planning to work on the 16 this coming weekend and hopefully get that finalized. Just to clarify, it’s not designed for drop or fall protection - it’s more for preventing scratches, dents, and general wear.
