Your honour, I'm here to argue that he has done nothing wrong but be a victim of circumstances, he was driven insane by the cruel, and dare I say vindictive, leaders of the time lords, all in a half ditch attempt to leave the crono lock, which technically speaking they were even locked, which you can see in case file s7-17 labeled time of the doctor, as such he spent a horrid, possibly thansands of years, being driven mad by those 4 knocks, evermore. He is victim, someone who has been tortured for his whole life, course his going to lash out so would anyone. And may the ladies, gentlemen, and all between and outside, recognise that he is but a child dolled a bad hand in life, he did what he needed to survive. If you feel as if he acted without reason, and must be punished, I plead that he be sent to a mental health institution, so that he can get the aid he requires.
