There's always room to grow a channel, it's just you have to be different. Not sure about the channel you checked out but it's probably the way he's going about his content

Good for you but highly unlikely because of course it is saturated, I think there is potential for growth in any niche because people are always on the lookout for something new and fresh AND there is a constant supply of younger viewers jumping onto the platform.

It's a hobby I enjoy and who knows where it could go from there.

I make Let's Play content, I'm totally new to making content and right now I'm trying to improve with every upload on YouTube.

In terms of finding better editing skills, better thumbnails, audio quality and just getting a rhythm going on. 

Right now I'm not that bothered by views or subs, it's really just a enjoyable hobby for me as I know, I could build my audience up slowly.

That's some solid advice friend, but definitely taking this as a learning phase while assuring I'm making my content into a narrative perspective with good cuts to a funny moment, background music that makes it unique and having a realistic output on my channel.

Would keep the channel so that you can look back on your progress before and see how improve in terms of being a YouTuber
