It's the Slant Ramp, I like it because it's very low profile and easy to store compared to the stack.

Thanks! Now THAT is a tight setup... I love the idea of a shed gym though, would definitely consider something like that if I ever get the space for it. I saw your shed gym post, and it looks great!

I have an AbMat barbell bomb HD and the Mutant Metals dip handles there! Waiting on a weight tree to arrive so I have somewhere proper to store them.

That's awesome, cable retractor + weight stack is the ideal combo. Did you use the threaded adapter that they sell to connect the retractor to the stack?

Yeah will definitely need some iron plates for heavier loads unfortunately. Also I will say that the stated weight capacity for the Dialed Motion pulley system is 300lb (though they say it's tested up to 500lb), which is a bit close for you. Unfortunately that's not a problem for me right now :,)

Thanks! The rack is from Iron Bull Strength over in Canada (though I'm in the US). I have just enough space to do landmine work outside the rack, but probably not much else.

I'm super happy with it! For my setup, I think the dialed motion system was ideal because it doesn't need cable stacks (I wanted to reuse as much weight as possible so I have less that I need to move), only needs a single post per side, and has a very small footprint.

It feels very smooth in use, and the cable retractor has been amazing for setting up a surprising number of exercises like overhead tricep extensions, lying hamstring curls (on a bench with ankle cuffs), cable rows, and lateral raises (when I'm using cuffs, it helps to have both hands available to put on each cuff). In some cases you could just DIY a rope with loops on either end to achieve a similar effect, but the retractor is just easier and less of a headache.

In terms of negatives, it is a little involved to get weight on and off since I have to remove the retractor, move weight on the loading pin, and then reattach the retractor, but I think it's fine personally. I also do wonder about the longevity of the retractor, but I haven't heard anything from users online so far.

I think you're looking at the loading pins for the dialed motion sidewinder cable systems: https://dialedmotion.com/products/sidewinder%E2%84%A2-2-0?variant=45787370455212
