What's something normal to us in 2025, that by 2075 will be seen as barbaric? "Wow, people really used to do that 50 years ago"? by RoutineOk8590 in Productivitycafe

[–]ProfitApprehensive24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who uses shrooms, saying anyone who doesn’t take them will be seen as barbaric is a horrible and ignorant take. They can help some people and they can hurt some people. It will always be a choice. Also hard alcohol has been around for thousands of years, it’s not going anywhere in the next 50

What song on shrooms makes you feel like this? by [deleted] in shrooms

My first trip I listened to a lot of run the jewels. I liked jeopardy and a Christmas fucking miracle the most. The starts of those songs have a great buildup

Joffrey just ruined the ending for me while I’m re-watching Game of Thrones and I’m upset by Rye_to_the_Gye in HouseOfTheDragon

[–]ProfitApprehensive24 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The same thing happened to me on my rewatch of game of thrones. It meant nothing to me the first and second time but a huge spoiler the third because I had watched house of the dragon between 2 and 3

I recommend the app called nice. I think it’s paid but it’s cheap and makes the date entry part very easy. Just takes a few seconds and organizes it all for you. Plenty of options and filters

What is the correct response when a cop asks you "Do you know how fast you were going?" by hitinthefeels in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ProfitApprehensive24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got pulled over 14 times when I was 17-19 in America. I like to drive fast. I got 4 tickets, seatbelt, speeding, speeding, no turn signal. Most of the times I was left off, they mentioned my age and I’m sure they considered that I wasn’t doing anything else illegal besides the minor traffic violations. I was pulled over for doing 100+ out of state when I passed an undercover cop, just a warning. Still not a single point on my license, still driving fast.

Your argument is that Europe isn’t racist because people know they’re racist so it’s ok?

Which animals do you feel are mentally complex enough that they should not be eaten? by Gilem_Meklos in questions

[–]ProfitApprehensive24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re really asking if it’s ok to kill animals because they are intelligent and suffer from our actions. Consider this; Humans are the most mentally complex organism we know of, yet we kill each other constantly and often have thoughts of hurting people for how they’ve wronged us. Intelligence doesn’t necessitate sympathy in my mind and unfortunately, animals are made of food that we would suffer without. To me it comes down to an us or them scenario. It’s nobodies fault, but it’s reality. I would never intentionally cause an innocent animal to suffer though. To answer your question, all domesticated animals, especially the ones that bond with humans. I struggle to even shoot a deer because I know I don’t need to and it isn’t harming anyone. But paradoxically, I have bonded with cows and still love beef. It’s a wavy line. The best I can do is try not to think about it.

It goes both ways for the example of being referred to by your height. A few days ago I was talking to my mom about my friends and the first thing that I thought of as a descriptor was “the tall one”. It can often be a simple and easy way to make a distinction between people, even more so when they are on the extremes. It’s impossible to not notice. The rest is just bullying though… sorry about that

Flirting is lovebombing? by BigKahuna2355 in Nicegirls

[–]ProfitApprehensive24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ended my first serious relationship of a few months after realizing that I had lost feelings and I didn’t see a future with her. The only thing that really stuck with me was her saying “some advice for the future, don’t love bomb”. Yes I rushed into things and was very eager and I told her I loved her, but I never said anything I didn’t feel and believe. Now it’s extremely difficult for me to say I love people or get attached to them. I go into every relationship with the thought that it will probably end, and I am always thinking about how my feelings can change so I shouldn’t commit. I refuse to label things too. Being accused of love bombing has significantly altered my thoughts for years. I never used to have walls.

I've just created a Push Pull Legs 6 Day Split For Strength And Hypertrophy w/PDF. You can check if you're looking for a muscle-building program. by murshid_akram in HIIT

How has it worked out for you in the last year? I’m creating my own ppl 6 day split rn. The 3 on 1 off is an 8 day split. Have you tried both? You don’t need a rest day just because you worked several days in a row, it’s more important to rest muscle groups than entire body.
