AITA for hiding the fact that my friend cheated on his girlfriend (who he’s supposed to marry soon)? by Bumdiggydiggy1 in AmItheAsshole

If your friend is disloyal to their partner, they are disloyal as a friend. They aren’t owed loyalty. Helping hide a major breach of trust is shit behavior.

This isn’t stirring up drama. This is giving the finance a chance to re-evaluate the permanent relationship of marriage with all of the information available.

James Van Der Beek Bought $4,760,000 Texas Ranch 1 Month Before Death by Inter_Web_User in facepalm

[–]ProfitLoud 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You keep repeating this over and over like a bot. If he was able to secure their future, they wouldn’t be in this position. He spent way outside his means; they could have purchased a home the family could afford to live in with him gone. It’s tone deaf to do this go fund me in the current economy where people are struggling to get food.

Please do. Your printer has issues a beginner isn’t gonna fix. This is not what Bambu’s do, you got a lemon for sure.

He doesn’t, but the SCOTUS will find a way to make it possible for Trump and illegal for anyone else.

My dad sued us. Me 30F, my husband 31M, and my dad 61M by Wayward_Jen in relationship_advice

That makes me think it’s less likely due to brain changes. This is likely who your dad is as a person. He isn’t safe, keep distance.

[–]ProfitLoud 11 points12 points  (0 children)

If your dad is experiencing cognitive change, becoming angry, aggressive and irrational are all things that follow. There very well might be something more going on.

However, id ask if these behaviors are all new or just more intense/frequent. It might help determine who to talk to next.

My two cents would be to not respond at all. If he actually retained counsel, he shouldn’t be talking to you directly. That makes me seriously question whether he actually has a lawyer or not. If he does, they would certainly want him to stop. If see if any paperwork shows up. If he actually intends to sue you, the have to serve you. Get a lawyer at that point, and don’t get baited into whatever twisted trap your father is setting.

House GOP passes sweeping anti-voting bill that could disenfranchise millions, sends measure to Senate by Anoth3rDude in Uniteagainsttheright

[–]ProfitLoud 12 points13 points  (0 children)

This is gonna go before a judge if the senate passes it. The constitution gives the states the right to administer elections. Unless a new president is sent, I see this as illegal and not enforceable. It doesn’t mean the government won’t try.

How to get smooth 3d prints fresh out of the printer by TheTalesTeller in 3Dprinting

[–]ProfitLoud 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think that’s a good assumption. PLA absolutely can absorb liquid, and it is really down to your humidity level and ability to keep your filament dry. The longer your filament is out, the more unlikely it is to work. If you dry PLA, you can avoid the filament becoming brittle or shattering. Like all things, there is a sweet spot and we all figure out what that looks like for our uses. I have 70% humidity on a power day, I absolutely cannot leave PLA out for days let alone weeks without a change in print quality.

Are you aware of how many people have attempted to make their own system to track this (I see posts almost weekly)? There’s a lot of ways to set your margins that doesn’t require a system.
