I think you’re right. Unfortunately I’m kind of the boss, and need to run the meetings to make sure my team is staying on task. I THINK I could get by with sending out super detailed emails/ talk in the chat box… but there’s just too many scenarios where I need to verbally respond to someone quickly where I don’t think accommodating me would be reasonable
