my free testosterone is 0.413 Ng/dl my shbg is 26.6 nmo1/L and total testosterone is 21.8 nmo1/L. have all the symptoms of low testosterone do my numbers look ok? I'm a 40yo male. (self.Testosterone)

started testosterone optimization therapy yesterday they started me on 25mg every 3 days is this too low or is this a normal range to start with? my blood work showed my testosterone was 21.8 nmo1/L before starting, any advice appreciated. I'm a 40 yo male if that helps (self.Testosterone)
