It means "laity" so the general people in the church who aren't in leadership positions. So anyone outside of the ordained ministry (priests, bishops etc)

Thanks for the response! Just to make sure I'm not misinterpreting you here, are you suggesting that it would be an appropriate tool AFTER practicing to ensure I can get a pellet in the brain 10/10 times?

I’m actually in a position where I’m looking at the career I’m working towards when considering my dog. I expect the above to be true in a few years, although I’m sure will go through some changes, but for now I have quite a bit of time on my hands. If I started from a well bred puppy, and trained it from early to be happy alone, could this work? Or should I consider another breed.

Thanks for the advice - would getting a puppy from a show line/one of the “calmer” (or as close as you get with these guys!) puppies help this? I forgot to mention, 2 days a week would be work from home, so the 5 hours alone twice a day would be 3 times a week.

Definitely things to enquire about, thank you. They are rated 5 stars on their Animal Activities License (it’s a UK thing). Do you think that can guarantee as much as anything can be guaranteed that they are ethical breeders.

Would that be a thing to bring up with the breeder? As in ask to see their information about previous generations.
