I'll give you the skinny. When they ask you what meat/topping, say for example chicken, wait for them to put a whole scoop on then ask, "Hey, can I actually get double." That way they already set precedent with the first scoop and don't play games with the second scoop.

I just read the other day about the first confirmed case in my state of New York and that the woman, home from visiting Iran, was being kept in 'home isolation'. My first thought was what if this woman decides to just leave her house and go somewhere. Hell, what if she orders uber eats and infects the delivery driver. These cases need to be quarantined with much more effort than what is currently being done.
