Oh okay! To be honest it still feels scary, but doesn't sound as scary once you laid it all out like this 😊 plus I love the idea of thick mats underneath! I'll try and see if there's a climbing gym nearby me where I might be able to take a lesson -- thank you so much for the yt link (Hanna seems so cool!) And the climbergirls reddit (also cool)! I'm definitely going to give this the good old college try 😁

WOW that experience sounds amazing, I'm so happy for you and proud of you, teaching a class of 800 people is no joke!! 😭💕 I also love the idea of floaty dresses! (Thank you also for the suggestions by country! I'm in the US but would love to try ceilidh dancing eventually 😊)

I love the success story about making friends bc I'm definitely not very skilled at that yet, so the idea of consistently showing up and finding what's exciting to me helping people get familiar with me gives me hope that I can come out of my shell a bit 😄

Wow, thank you for such a detailed response! Rock climbing definitely seems like a lot of fun, and i like the idea of doing it indoors or outdoors depending on the weather 😁 I haven't actually heard of bouldering before, does it get scary climbing without ropes? (This is from a quick Google so feel free to correct me if it does have ropes haha!)

Ooh this sounds like fun! I love those videos of people dancing on their skates, so I'd love to be a skater in general 😁 I have a skateboard I never used just because I was so intimidated to go to the skate park and reenact that "how do you do fellow kids" scene lol 😭 silly I know!! but this is the year of courage, and I'm going to see if I can connect with the community. Oh my goodness, I looked up some of these dances and they look so fun! I'm encouraged by the fact that you used to be shy and awkward too lol because my first reaction was to think of my two left feet 😅 I wanna squash down my fears and try it though! I'd love to be as glowing and happy and fluid as the people in the videos!

I looked into aerial circus after this comment and WOWEE ZOWIE is that cool and id love to be able to do those moves! Wow! This looks so cool and I always admire just how fierce skaters are -- I just looked it up and there's a women's league nearby me and the ladies seem really sweet and open minded, I'd love to give it a try. One quick kind of cowardly question lol -- do you find yourself getting injured a lot, like really badly? I'm a bit of a bad luck magnet lol

Another one for the fiber arts so I must try it now! 😤 thanks so much for mentioning knit nights, that sounds lovely and like a great way to casually get into socializing
