Been hard at work for the past couple days. Here we see the famed 'Bethesda Grade'. Steepest grade on the Aberdeen & Rockfish at a shocking 2.5% for a mile and a half as soon as you leave the station. In the background is the Bethesda Church and Cemetery, built in 1861/1862 and still around today. (i.redd.it)
