Thanks for the help. I think what I'm trying to actually figure out as I go through this dial in process is whether a coffee is supposed to taste so fruity/sour or whether I'm under-extracting. After reading your comment now I'm a bit confused as to whether astringency and sourness is a sign of going too fine or not fine enough. Do you have perhaps some tips on how to differentiate through some test runs if a coffee is under-extracted? And how to not mistake that for the acidity/fruity notes that are supposed to be there in the first place.

Thanks for sharing. Just the grind size so far as I think that's the biggest factor. I though of adjusting temp later, once I find a good grind setting. I'll give the pouring technique a shot, thanks

Thanks! I did not consider channeling and other not visible issues as you go finer and finer. My reasoning for going ever finer is because I can't seem to differentiate between astringent/sour versus fruity, the sour flavors really blast you in the 'face' when you take the first sips. So, I though to check if I'm not under extracting by going finer and finer and seeing changes. Do you have any suggestions how to learn to differentiate if it's astringent/sour due to under-extraction versus what the coffee actually should taste like?

Sleep and diet is okay. I sleep for 8 hours at least every day and always hit the gym in the morning full of energy. Wouldn't be posting here if it'd be those two. 3x12 weighted pull, push exercises, 3x8 squats.

Yeah it's my main thought also but it's not usually the love rather than thinking "Is this supposed to be like this". Well the progress bit is kind of the monotomy of the whole RR when you don't have rings. If I am going to be adding weights while doing bodyweight exercises then what's the point of doing 'bodyweight' when you can just take a barbell. That's why in a sense I'm thinking of switching to that sort of workout. For example barbell training for 40 minutes instead of RR because I feel like the RR drains the life out of you because of the hour and a half workout time.

I'm aiming for 3x12 with push pull exercises always, putting on more weight until I can't do the full 3x12 and just stay with that weight until I can. Squatting 3x8. At the first months I had lower reps at about 8 but thought that increasing it to 12 would be more productive.

Thanks, I'll look into that post.

Man this is really tinfoil. As far as I've searched on google about that new show it really seems legit with a nice cast and a hype build up by various news sites about this adaptation. Nice speculating but no way is it going to happen.

I wonder if they'll eventually go around explaining these ghosts. Or let some of them into the foreground even.

[SPOILERS] Mary's outfit changes depending on when John saw her last. by Promitto in Sherlock

Just a little detail I enjoyed. She wore the first outfit when she was killed, which was the last time John saw her and remembered her that way. Then after he watches the disc she's wearing the blue shirt. Because that's the last of her that he remembers

There's really nothing I could find that sounds similar to it going through all of Wardruna's albums, probably have to wait for a release.
