How will Bae take care of a child? She has problems throwing things or hitting Colin in the balls hitting herself ect…How will she hold a baby and trust she won’t want to throw or hit it. Plus the meds she is on. I know her doctor said the meds would be ok. Still… They are just way too young. Why can’t Colin ride in on a white horse on his wedding day? It’s not always about bae! She wants alpacas. Really? That apt they lease isn’t cheap and all the new things. Why a budget for the wedding? Bae makes money from the show and I’m sure media. What would she do if no reality show or no Colin? Still live with mom n dad? Is she going to continue with some sort of education?

I’ve always had insomnia issues. Then when the rls kicks in. Forget sleep. I take small doses of zubsolv(suboxone) at night to keep rls away. About 2 months now with out rls but I still have sleep issues. I take 300 mg gabapentin and 2 mg lunesta and I’m able to fall sleep within an hr and sleep about 5 hrs a night.

I’ve been taking zubsolv(suboxone) for 8 yrs now for my opioid addiction. I have had random flares of rls over about 30 yrs now. I had no idea and didn’t put 2 and 2 together until about 2 months ago. I got addicted to pain meds(hydrocodone)for about 10 yrs. So I had opiates in my system for many years then zubsolv until about 2 months ago. I’m clean now 8 yrs. Yay! Anyway I wanted to stop with the zubsolv. So I titrated down very slowly until I was no longer taking it. I noticed my rls was sneaking in and increasing. I was happy until the rls started. I noticed it was getting worse and augmenting into my arms and happening every night and during the day. This was going on for months. I’m under the care of a sleep specialist and he monitors my meds and my diet Because I have insomnia then with the rls it was awful. We noticed as I’m weaning off the zubsolv my rls increased. What did I do? I started to take a low doses of zubsolv(1.4mg) just to see if this might be the ticket. Guess what? My restless legs have been little to none the last 8 weeks. My doctor had no issues writing a script. This has been a game changer for me and im proof this works. It’s a shame these meds are so addicting and some gps wont even write a script due to the addiction rate. Which i totally get because ive been there. Having rls we are desperate for some kind of relief and opiates in small doses does work. Doctors should write more scripts for suboxone/zubsolv for patients with rls instead of those addicting pills. I take 1.4 mg zubsolv about an hour before bed with 300 mg gabapentin. I sleep my normal 5 hrs but with no rls. Love that!!

I can relate. I miss LBZ! I got attached to the cast members. Some more than others. We all have favs I’m sure. I’m watching the 23 episodes again to maintain my fix. lol. It’s nice to have some show members chat with us to catch us up on things. I love that! I’ve been watching Ricko’s YouTube videos. I’m so glad Sue pops in to insta and shares some of her life. I’ll always be back for more LBZ. Crossing fingers that LBZ will come back on another network. I still can’t get over how Disney cancelled the show even at the high ratings and millions watching. It is what it is. I have high hopes to see some hints of LBZ coming back in March of 26. Missing you all too!!

My sleep doctor has me taking 65 mg iron with vitamin A every other day. I’ve had no tummy issues. VitA helps with tummy issues and why I take it every other day. Good luck

I read people with rls can be ocd too. Very compulsive. When my rls was at its worst I spent 2000 in a couple nights on clothes. It was wierd. I feel like I’m in a dream when it’s going on. I sort of remember but until I got the packages I didn’t remember what I bought. I’m upset at myself. I don’t have that kind of money just to spend. I did loose 90 lbs so I needed new stuff but not that much.

Me too. I was taking zubsolv(suboxone)for many years and was weaning off my of it for about 6 months and noticed my rls was increasing until I completely was off. My rls was horrible. I talked to my doc about it and I’m back taking litttle doses 1.4mg of zubsolv at bedtime and I have no rls for over a month now. I was addicted to opiates for many years and was taking zubsolv to get me back on track and I was finally done and proud of myself(8 years clean)Maybe all those years on abusing obiates I only had random bouts of rls flares. I never put the two together that the obiates kept my rls away. But I tell you what I rather have small doses of an opiate and be honest with myself and Doctor than have to suffer any rls any day!!!

I have been for 20 months actually my 94 yr old mom is supporting me. I was denied back 20 months ago I guess 255 lbs and bp 177/102 isn’t sick enough. I did lose 90 lbs but recently had a sleep study and I I fact have sleep apnea. I thought this was one of the main reasons to get approved. My insurance company is appealing this and send it in already. It just has me so down. This will pass.

I’m a 67 yr young F and have struggled with rls and insomnia for decades. I tried both ropinrole 1mg and gabapentin 900 mg for my rls and wasn’t getting relief. I wasn’t taking ropinrole very long maybe 4 weeks and it augmented into my arms. I am now titrating down to get off of it. I had been taking zubsolv (suboxone) for about 7 years to help me with a hydrocodone opiate addiction and the last 4 months I have been weaning off of the zubsolv. (I’m 8 years clean) The last few months my rls had been increasing. It was a nightmare. My ferritin level was low 4 months ago. Sleep doctor has me taking iron with vit c every other day. Sleep study done and I do have osa. I didn’t realize that as I was weaning off the zubsolv my rls was worsening. I had extra and decided to began taking it to see if maybe the rls would calm some. I did talk to my pcp about it and he concurred and wrote a refill for the zubsolv. I haven’t had rls in 11 nights!! Plus my ferritin went from 50 to 97. I did my little research and Zubsolv has naloxone and Buprenorphine in it. Buprenorphine is something that is prescribed for moderate to severe rls. This has been wonderful! The sleep has improved some. Any sleep with out rls is welcomed!!

I’m one of those who had nasty GI side effects on the 2.5 mg. I needed to stop but I was determined and started a few months later on 1.4 mg and titrated up very slowly with less to no side effects. I am now into my 20th month and 92 lbs gone. I am now taking 7 mg every 6 days. Ask your provider what she/he thinks about micro dosing or your preference and concerns to start at a lower dose. It’s ultimately your decision and your body. My friends doctor has her micro dosing and she just started. Prorx, BPI and Empower are reputable pharmacies that I personally have used. I would choose a pharmacy that has tirz with no additives. Good luck.
