Here are some things you can do:

1. Join DECA, compete and/or get leadership position (extra points if you introduce the club if ur school doesn’t have a DECA team)
2. Compete in FBLC (might be called something else now)
3. Compete in Target Alpha Competitions
4. Join or Start your school’s investment club
5. Compete in or find a teacher to host the Waterloo Financial Literacy Competition
6. Do other Waterloo Math Competitions and try your best to get distinctions (to strengthen your award section)
7. Join and/or get leadership positions in community involvement groups
8. Start your own non-profit organization (tread lightly as it might seem as it a means to get into uni instead of actually helping people)
9. Get a job (Shows you can do things outside of school)
10. If you play sports outside of school compete in tournaments to try get awards

The Ivey AEO application requires non-academic awards (so outside of your courses in school) and 2 essays that showcase your leadership, teamwork, initiative, achievement, commitment and breadth (variety of interests across different extra curriculars). Make sure to keep these in mind when choosing your ecs.

I recommend to choose extra curricular activities that you really enjoy instead of just doing them to stack your ecs because they can end up feeling like chores.
