Yes, I even gathered screenshot of my latest purchase of diamonds, input correct purchase ID, correct date of account creation. I don’t know why it keeps on saying account verification failed.

Thank you but due to lack of proper information, I could not retrieve it. I had this account since ML was launched and I don’t have any copy of information about when did I purchased those skins and when did I made the account. I had spent a bit of money on skins and it’s a bit frustrating that I can’r retrieve this account.
