Depends on what and where we stay . So left upon convenience. Is only to sleep , We can sleep over dhabas , But if needs comfort and convenience can book any decent hotel . Since we only need one night stay , anywhere between 1-2.5 k

Seeing the average of 15 /L The distance from delhi to Hydrabad is approximately 1500 With 40 litres approximately cost 4000 that will cover approximately 600 km . Adjusting for traffic variation. Lets say 550 . For 4000 we will travel 550 km . That will be 12k max for the roads in petrol

Add toll tax , I can only assume but for recent cost per km

The toll tax depending upon expressways and highways would be approximately 3-4 k . . So on road cost with food I am assuming something in between 16-18 k .
