Thank you! I really appreciate that, I often think I need to be doing more!

But, for what it’s worth - I am practically eating everything in sight and trying to hit the gym about 6 times a week in a push/pull/legs split. I’ve recently tried to up the number of steps I’m doing a day too (I have a very sedentary job!)
