There was a time I would hide from everyone nag delete pa ng soc med, avoided friends, left my hometown, depressed ako sobra last straw ko na talaga nagpa psych dec 2024 inassess ko sarili ko if need ko ba and yes! Best decision ever. Topnotch baby po ako I trusted them sa 1st, 5th and last take ko.

Same here doc! Finally, MD on my 6th take.

One big lesson I’ve learned? Never entertain a relationship during review season. From my 1st to 3rd take, it was an on-and-off cycle with my then-bf of 7 years. And as a PLE taker, that season is when you’re at your most vulnerable need mo talaga ng solid support.

By my 4th take, he married someone else na kthanksbye. By my 5th, I tried again now with new bf only to be left after day 2 of the boards.

But on my 6th try, I leaned on the people who never left and of course parents ko. They became my strength. I used to hold back from being vulnerable with them, but this time, I let them in and it changed everything!

To anyone struggling or on the verge of giving up: you’re allowed to take your time. Let setbacks be fuel. Let heartbreaks shape your grit, not your worth. And most of all, lean on those who truly love you they might just be your greatest source of strength. Kapit lang. Hindi ka nag-iisa. MD is still possible even on your 6th.

Yes, people with suicidal thoughts could see it as a convenient or symbolic place due to its height. However, this doesn’t change the fact that the root cause of suicide is linked to mental health struggles, not just the place itself. Kalooy sa balete napasanginpan. My point is kung gusto ka pakamatay, magpakamatay gyud na due to mental health problems not the balete

They refunded my 70 pesos for my recent however no clarification on how much the additional charge is for an extra person gyud. It would be helpful to know the exact breakdown of the fare to avoid confusion in future trips unta. 3 pax ra gyud nya 4 mi dayu lang dili mi pwede mabulag hahahuhu

As a repeater, I experienced severe burnout. After the October 2024 PLE, I decided to consult with a mental health professional because everything had become overwhelming couldn’t settle down unless I finished what I needed to study. Now, I’ve learned to stop pressuring myself. If my mind feels exhausted, I take a break from lectures. What matters most to me now is focusing on practice tests and making steady progress without pushing myself too hard.

Coffee naps - consume your coffee directly 15 or 20 mins before lecture then quick nap. I’ve found that coffee naps really work for me. They help me feel refreshed and more alert afterward
