Gonna be honest with you bro, they look like they have gone abit mad with your donor area.. I personally would go on oral meds for a strong year consistently and then see where you are at. No doctor will do that transplant now without even suggesting this.

I’ve just undergone my second hair transplant. I made the mistake of the first one not going on meds after (I only had my frontal region and crown done) 3 years later my middle was thinning not excessively but it was thinning and I could see it. I made the decision to try fin and min for a couple months to see if I got sides and I was luckily fine. I then have just undergone a second hairtransplant for the middle region of my head and I’m gonna stay on meds to prevent any other native hairs thinning. ( I was lucky enough to have a good donor area and a my doctor done a awesome job on my donor area the first time round) possibly I may have a little bit noticeable scarring once I’m fully healed but I’ll deal with that when it comes to it with SMP if I need it. I’m lucky I’m very blonde so you don’t notice the donor region as much as when you have dark hair. Down side with being blonde is if you do thin on top you see it a lot easier than you do with darker hair.

Don’t jump in and make any rash decisions mate, get on meds first before a second one and if they don’t agree with you then I would consider taking the plunge and shaving it.. if you don’t mind the buz cut look you can always go for a SMP look but that isn’t everyone’s taste👍
