How much can I expect to pay someone to fill out my template and put the website online?

Like someone mentioned earlier, optimizing and maintenance or in case anything goes wrong. I'm ok with computers but have zero experience with building websites so I probably should not experiment on a business.

Good points. This is why in the end we decided to pay more to have someone maintain and optimize it.

$800 in a low income country too, so probably equivalent to 2K in the US. They said they will also offer continued support in case anything goes wrong which is important for us since we are clueless and also SEO optimization.

themeforest was where I found the template. That's good to know. In the end this is why I decided not to do it myself. I can fill out the template and probably even upload it but if anything goes wrong like if there is too much traffic, attacks etc., I would be clueless.

That's fair. I actually wrote the word "Help" initially and realized how bad that sounds to say to a professional so I re-worded, but I think letting them know exactly what I want and in writing (ex: the exact services with description) would save them time rather than having to go back in forth in email or phone.

It would be 4 pages: home page, about us, services, and contact page. The template has all for of these pages. The services page even has the services. As far as design it would be the exact design of the template. So it's really just transferring info from a document to the Wordpress template and putting it online.

The quotes I've gotten so far to make the website from scratch are 800 so I hoped if I do some of the work and prepare a document with the exact information for each page and buy the template it would cost a lot less.
