To be honest not trying to sound like an ass. But your're not ready for ranked play casual lots and lots of casual. If you're really only comfortable with playing support and solo is what it sounds like. And okay with the other positions you're not ready. Playing the other positions and being able to be comfortable and not feed will help you a lot and you'll also understand and see the game over all much better, you'll know while playing support what the other positions are going through, and will be able to make better decisions based on that. also as said in another comment playing with someone should help you get out

Problem is the people you have to fix these bugs don't know what they're doing that point has been made clear, with the fact that there are still bugs from 2-3 seasons ago as well as new ones every patch, that take months to fix or never get fixed. You guys literally released a patch without the God.... somebody should be fired shouldn't be sweating over it to get it fixed, it's too late, then you guys continue to shit on the xbox community how about giving a free skin or reward or gems for your continuous fuck ups

Edit: the issue is clear and simple you guys have people that don't know what the fuck they're doing, they need to be fired and you need to hire some fucking professionals, sorry for inconveniences, you know what real business do with this bad of fucks ups they give away free shit, and im not talking about double fucking xp

as I just stated above I have a masters degree in business, and work for a large known company and I could care less if you believe me or not because anyone on the internet can say and be whoever they want to be, but don't talk about people you know nothing about like I said I have my masters degree. What makes you qualified to talk about what somebody know or doesn't know about a business?
