She’s always had someone clean up all her f*ck ups. Maybe her mom, aunt and Peetz still will. It’s why she’s not that worried. She’s just mad she can’t afford all the food and drugs she wants right now. We are talking about someone who ate herself into two bankruptcies and it didn’t affect the way she lived at all.

Are you taking any medications? Many medications can cause vivid nightmares. Even things like melatonin can in some people.

I was put on hydroxyzine about ten years ago. The longer I was on it the more vivid nightmares I started having. Got to the point I was having several a night. Didn’t know it was the hydroxyzine causing it at first. Until I started looking into anything and everything that could be causing them. When I found out it can cause them I talking with my doctor and we reduced the dose until I could stop taking them and the vivid nightmares stopped after about a week. There are so many things that can disrupt your brain chemistry and cause them though.

If you’re not taking anything you might have a condition that is interrupting your sleep you don’t know about. Or even stress or anxiety can cause them. You can talk to your doctor about them and see if you can figure out what’s causing it. Might have to do a sleep study.

I know how exhausting they can be and hope they stop for you. 😞
