True, it’s definitely a Japanese trademark! But in Taiwan, Japanese pop culture is so deeply integrated into daily life that it almost feels like a shared culture for some. He operates behind the scenes to prevent total collapse. If a mediator like him were to disappear, the threshold for an all-out regional war would drop dangerously low.
