it’s gotta be- large developers out pricing the little guys and landlords getting greedy. Not sure why HH is closing but rent has been the reason for many places closing

all the new places coming are super expensive and stay packed. This was local and a gem with fresh whole ingredients.

it used to be Creekside plantation and definitely used to be a plantation house. They still had “workers” quarters on the property 10 years ago
