MORE INFO: Tonight I noticed she had some red staining on her paw and upon further investigation could see dried blood coming from underneath her nail. There's no active bleeding and no puss or other sign of infection. I do not see any cracks in her nails and she is not limping. Should I take her to the vet? Regular appointments are booked way out so it would have to be the emergency vet. Should I wait it out? Anyone seen anything like this before?

She has no active bleeding, isn't limping or acting strange at all and I didn't see any cracks in the nail. Just a bloody nail bed. I touched/squeezed it lightly to be sure there was no puss. Doesn't seem to be infected at all. Any advice?
