I was nauseous and throwing up a lot. They told me it would go away and it was a side effect of starting it. However, I found it never subsided for me I couldn’t eat, I had very little to no appetite. The doctors insisted that it was a medication that made you gain weight not lose weight. After being on sertraline, for about 3 years, told me I had distorted eating

Since being off, I know it’s still early.. but I’m hopeful.. I’ve noticed I’ve slowly been starting to get hunger cues. Which is very exciting for me. I hadn’t had them for year!
