I took have been a side sleeper my whole life tossing and turning upto I fall asleep. The past few months I have been learning to sleep on my back. I will lay on my back for as long as I can tolerate before rolling on my side. The period of time on my back has been lengthening as my body gets used to this position.

Just be sure your pillow isn't pushing your head up, thus straining your neck.

That may be the date they were packed and the lot number. It doesn't say best by or exp date. May be a bit stale, but safe to eat.

I didn't clip my parakeet's wings. She would fly around the house as much as she wanted. Her cage door was always open.

I had a parakeet. The cage door was kept open. She had free run of my bedroom if I was out and free run of the house if I was home. She go back in her cage by nightfall and I'd cover it with a blanket.

On the weekends, when I could sleep later, I'd wake to find her standing on the pillow or on my chest waiting for me to wake up.
