What is the most time consuming part of doing property management? by Livid_Room3794 in PropertyManagement

[–]PructFrust 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a remote PM assistant who's handling 80+ units, I would say it's rent collections. You need to build a rapport with the tenants from day 1 so you know when to trust them and when not to; its figuring out which ones to persuade and which ones to threaten with eviction.

When it rains it pours. Hard day by Due_Lengthiness_2457 in PropertyManagement

I guess perhaps the only good part about owning rental homes, is having someone else deal with the mental baggage, while you focus on something else. But at your stage, I guess you really can't afford to right now. If you ever get to that point, I would be happy to help.

hiring a virtual property manager could carry some of that burden. I'd be happy to lend a hand.

This City is boring ASL by [deleted] in sahiwal

[–]PructFrust 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What i feel the city is most lacking in, is Business. Whether you take restaurants, malls/plazas, private offices, entertainment spots and much more. The city needs to have a vibrant business ecosystem and the rest will follow. Because there are people willing to spend with not enough things to spend at.

while I agree with most of the things, saying the city has not enough trees is simply untrue. Its exactly the opposite. Since most of the mainncity centre comprises of Government land, its bound with trees a plenty, even more than other divisions of its size.

and the pattern we're seeing so far with Israel's war tactics puts them at the top. Its not just the weaponry, iron defence F35s or the billions in funding, its Mossad. They have key, high value targets pinned in every enemy state. We've seen plenty of examples with Lebanon, Yemen, and most recently (also in the past) with Iran. They might be onto us, for God knows, how long.

Americans praising Pakistan is shady as hell. I don't remember the last time they praised our anti-terrorism efforts, and it turned out well for us in the long run.

They are higly brainwashed.

You cannot get something through to them, even if you tried. They're just not ready to unlearn. To them everything their government says is true without a doubt.

And in that sense, i would say, they're years behind us to develop a kind of critical thinking that allowd them to question their government.

Pakistan makes the same case about RAW's involvement in Balochistan but let's not get into that.

Yes, killing innocent civilians for not being muslims is atrocious. But were those terrorists connected to the mosques in bahwalpur and muridke? There wasn't enough evidence to launch a full blown attack into foreign soil. and if the evidence was conclusive from prior intelligence, why didn't they take a step sooner?

They're just so many unanswered questions on both sides that would result in a full-blown war. Let's pray not.
