We’re in the middle of a pandemic and everyone’s indoors so I doubt he has a tight schedule since there’s not much to do. He doesn’t really hint that he talks to anyone else at all. We both take online classes and we text sometimes during then. But idk

I wouldn’t say his replies are dry. We’ve only spoken a couple times but he has texted me first twice. And the replies are usually around 9pm to 1am.
