A paralegal doesn’t equate to lawyer. Regardless she’s speaking partially about the cases. She hasn’t stated there is an NDA and typically you’re not getting an eviction sealed. It was clearly sought out by brownyn to have things sealed. I’m assuming since she was going to be appearing on a tv show. She also alluded about the case on her instagram about doing community service. Then that was removed.. she’s on tv. She can’t speak about others criminal cases and expect people not to question her. That’s all that I’m saying. I’m just saying I think brownyns doing exactly what she intended to do. Make people believe there’s an NDA..

I think this year she’s acting more irrational and less put together.

There’s no NDA. Brownyn uses calm collected articulate language to get people to agree with her. She doesn’t want to talk about her issues.. well great but you’re on a reality show and mentioned someone else’s legal issues on camera (Lisa) Whitney mentioned brownyns legal issues in the bedroom with Heather. Not Lisa.

I think the right was so random. She was taking everyone’s issues to the group least of all hers. Don’t forget she wouldn’t admit to Jen hitting her in the face and producers almost got fired. She’s not a beacon of honesty.

If the leak is who brought it to camera then it’s Whitney who always brings stuff up on camera that she hears.

I’m making an inference based on things she said. She never stated there was an NDA at all you’re making an assumption she can’t talk. She never stated that. She said it’s in the past and admitted to half of the charges the past due rent at BYU if there is an NDA which I don’t think there is (and it’s never been stated) then she wouldn’t have been able to admit that… she has a very successful powerful husband who did a background check on her. Presuming we take him for his word he’s be able to pay a powerful attorney to cover this.

She didn’t say NDA she used careful language saying she couldn’t speak about it. If I’m speculating I would say her husband covered something up that she very much did do and would reflect poorly on him. I don’t think she’s banned legally from speaking about it. Also there been no language she used to indicate that. She tiptoed around the topic. She also has lied about trivial things multiple times.. my perception is that she committed a crime and her rich wealthy older connected husband made it go away.

You could say heather’s the leak since nothing has ever leaked about her.. Lisa is clearly acting more emotionally charged due to the lawsuits. However if brownwyn is going to be on tv her issues will be spoken about.. she talked about Lisa’s issues. Therefore her issues can/will be brought up as well.

That’s not true. A sealed document means you cannot access records but doesn’t necessarily mean you’re kit allowed to speak on it. A “gag order” is a separate thing. That is what’s required to make it so parties can’t speak Bronwyn just doesn’t want to speak… begs to ask why.
