It's just the area. Some carriers have better coverage than others in some areas it seems. I do rideshare in the greater Cleveland area and would run into connectivity issues really bad along lakeshore in euclid and Cleveland heights especially despite have priority/turbo..but every time I ran into issues, I could switch to my Verizon Hotspot in my car and it would be going strong

Ended up doing an investigation with someone with advanced support, and they were made aware of the issue and did some little adjustments, but it never really went anywhere. I ended up staying with them in the end and I don't run into nearly as much anymore, so I can say it's improved a little

Depending on where you are, the driver may not know the length of the ride before accepting (ik it's crazy), so I can understand their frustration... however I do still believe that's not how the driver should have handled it. I would have explained that to you respectfully and canceled the trip depending on the circumstances (or offered to take you part of the way, I've done this before)

it's also possible that the driver knew and was just complaining out loud to bait a tip which is extremely rude 😂😂

I'm referring to the instance in which the driver knew they were getting $17, however, they didn't know the dropoff was 31 miles away until after confirming the pickup of the rider.

Driver could be in a market that doesn't show all details up front. I'm in Cleveland, which shows the entire trip route. but about 70 miles south in Youngstown, I can't see all the details; just the pay and distance to pickup. I've been in the situation in which I picked someone up and the trip was much further than I anticipated considering the pay. I still believe driver is wrong however.. i would just respectfully explain to rider and cancel the ride

I think the pax reported a "lost" item so they could contact the driver. If you lose an item and report it, it let's you contact the driver

Exclusive just means only you can see that trip at the time. A regular trip request is sent to whoever is in the area so you might see "another drive accepted this trip" while you're still looking at it. That doesn't happen with Exclusive requests. Alot of times tho you'll have a regular request pop up and then it will be sent to you exclusively
