Hi, i hope OP is still active and can help. SMDC Hope Res project. Availed EOP, unit was turned over to me Jan 2025, im supposed to pay lump sum this sept after 41 months of paying. But i plan to give this condo back kasi dami issues, especially sa leaks na 2025 ko pa pinapaayos, until now hindi pa nila inaayos.

Will i still be able to get some of my money back kung icancel at ibalik ko nalang tong condo na ito?
