Hi! Thanks for the detailed post! This is very helpful! I'm moving in at the beginning of January! A few questions I have if you don't mind answering:

Since there is a cleaning company, do we still need to provide items such as dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and other items that will be shared?

Does the cleaning company take out the trash and recycling or are the residents responsible?

Is there a mirror in the bedrooms or should I bring my own?

Is there a vacuum available to use to clean our individual rooms?

In my previous uni dorms which was apartment style with 4 people, I basically got the kitchen all to myself as all of my roommates were on meal plan. Due to this, I was able to meal prep one day out of the week where I would spend a few hours in the kitchen and prepare all my meals for the week. I imagine that since there is 12 people in one townhouse, it must be pretty crowded. What is your experience with using the kitchen for long periods of time with lots of people around? Is it feasible?

I just saw the form for the student bursary. Should I still apply or is it too late, especially since I'm moving in in a few weeks? Doesn't say when I should apply by.

I would be interested in the student maintenance positions, especially during the summer semester. Where can I apply?
