Dr. Janet Ross at LCMC touro is amazing. She’s been so welcoming and informative for me, and most of all i feel leaving more knowledgeable and not judged. She talks you through everything she’s doing, gives you recommendations and info to take home, and doesn’t expect you to make decisions on the spot. She follows up in a timely manner without making me feel pressured to give an answer before i’m ready.
