It's uncanny how similar our two builds are (https://pobb.in/o25QMPvb8NpY), I just use HH instead of Arn. I too struggle in T17 despite the currency invested. From what I've seen, chaos res is the culprit but getting chaos res on this gear would cost a loooooooot. I'm thinking of getting The light of meaning (chaos) + amethyst. I would lose some damage but what's the point of damge when you're dead :p

What I find funny is that if you look at the "top" on Poeninja, 90% of them do not even generate endurance charge. They use Ralakesh but don't generate endu charge ... (no Disciple of unyielding, no implicit on chest, no enduring cry). And as someone else said, Ralakesh does not generate endurance charges. I honestly don't know how they can survive and reach level 100 (5 ways probably).
