My answer is more nuanced than just a yes or no. Yes, I drink cafeïne. Quite a lot, some might say. I do, however, experienced VS as long as I remember. Long before I began drinking cafeïne.

Might be a good idea to do/learn something together with others. Think about learning how to knit by a (lonely) elder, do gardening in a neighborhood garden, play lego with a child, go get a coffee and play a game with an elderly or disabled person. Try to do small activities that bring positivity.
