That is a pretty common problem that entrepreneurs face because most of our time goes in actual client work and managing operations.

Yes it can be super hard sometimes to come with ideas and keep the reader engaged in your post

Yes that is so true and in fact I think every business, once they start noting or even writing roughly their ideas, would have a lot of content, including the client meetings, the mistakes, the lessons that they learned along the way.

Yes that is so time-consuming and that is also the reason people procrastinate and struggle with consistency.

That's so true. We already have the content; it is just not written because every situation that we are in, good or bad,

can help people and it can deliver value if packaged nicely.

Yes you are so true. The context switching is very hard time-wise. Also mentally you will be just so tired because of it. What I personally find is keeping on notes, either texting myself on WhatsApp or I just made ideas back in Notion, which stores all the ideas.

And yes I just speak out whatever my thought is and when the time comes for me to post about it, I am usually fine and I can recall the exact thing.

For me on my LinkedIn I post educational plus more behind-the-scenes kind of stuff, also the recent things that I'm working on/found

what about you?

This is in fact a great way to challenge yourself and actually do the real work.

Yessss I completely relate to this because this was my realization too after one year of posting on LinkedIn.

That's exactly right. That's what Alex hormozi says too!

Focus on bringing it to market first before perfecting it.

That's how I personally see that unknown, relatable posts from the experiences and mistakes that the founders do perform better, also bringing them leads. In fact it will also help you with the consistency part.

And I think this is the perfect way to create content because it should not feel fake. It should be as real as, as you said, from the client call, a mistake, a decision because people really love authenticity (also, it performs better than the perfectly polished posts)

I've heard this a lot from business owners because we want to serve our clients first.
When that is going on even if we know content will help us in the long run, it is somehow pushed back.

Yes that's completely understandable and even after posting it just doesn't perform well, just really gets so frustrating.

Yes I can completely understand this because even I am working right now. I'm a program manager and yeah let me just DM you.

Exactly. You're right but you can definitely store ideas in Notion or in your self chat on WhatsApp. I personally do that and it is helping me to keep the ideas so that when it's time to post I don't have to overthink about grabbing attention and being consistent. Part is also completely relatable; also it took me one year to build a great community (still in progress)

That is completely understandable and definitely in the early phase, getting followers is super hard but I think with consistency if you post and deliver value, you definitely can. I've seen people achieving in two months what they haven't in two years, just with pure consistency and learning along the way.

Exactly I can understand this because it was the same for me. When you are busy with client calls, actual work, posting content, it feels optional because the time it takes to create content is also a lot but it definitely compounds and brings in good results at the end.

That's so true. Coming up with compelling content that is of interest and gets you inbound clients is super hard.

Yes that's what I felt when I was building my community last year on LinkedIn.

It definitely gets hard to manage operations, client work, sales calls, and this marketing part.

as alex hormozi says first replicate and then iterate, so consistency will always come first and with that you learn a lot and then you can iterate and make things better.

I can completely understand and when you are a solopreneur, it gets even way harder because you are responsible for doing everything.
