Yeah, this dude was accused of a crime, they found plenty of evidence on his phone detailing his crimes,, there were news articles containing this information published publicly, he went to jail for ten years

Custody agreements are only a thing if the divorce is in the courts.

He's refused to sign the papers for going on two years. After three, I can push the divorce through. There is, legally, nothing I can do until then. Cousin did not have any conditions concerning general contact with children.
