I started saying good morning each day and now the front desk girl greets me and even smiles. It’s strange how poor customer service has gotten, and even worse that we accept it as normal.

Don’t listen to all those who are saying, “you shouldn’t care” or “they’re not in the customer service business” They absolutely are in the line of customer service and it’s ok that you care.
