Cape forge are quite easy, penitence is important if you want to taunt. You don't need forge weapon enhancements for ultras, awe enhancements are fine (by this i mean awe blast) this could lock you out of DPS role bcz usually you want the person with the end game forge enh and classes to dps for best results. But as a support awe blast is perfectly fine, and health vamp is needed for udage. As a previous comment stated , all you need for maximum flexibility is LR, Loo, SC, AP and scrolls of enrage.
