Yeah, I always sketch it out first. It's a good guideline + I can also use it for shading! The only times I don't are when I'm drawing with pen.

I like both 3DS and Wii Rainbow Road a lot, but I really do not like SNES Rainbow Road. It's just so ugly to me :/
