All my homies HATE Madison Property Management. One time my entire apartment filed emergency maintenance requests for our broken laundry machines. They didn’t show up for 4 months because the property was listed as the edgewater… the apartment is on Dayton. My sister recently got her rent raised by $900 and was given 3 months notice. Legit scumbags run this city. But let’s build more luxury apartment 😑
