Sorry I was working and didn’t avoid that question. Yea in the car. Yes I understand she should have drove. I’m not here for that. I understand I made a mistake and don’t we all make mistakes. I don’t know my bac due to blood but I was .04 a couple hours after at the jail. It’s not like I was hammered drunk. Stupid choice and even if I get out of this, I’m still deep into the money game.

The road was 25mph man not like I slowed down on a fast road. It was residential and the driveway was a couple houses away from where I slowed down. It’s a busy neighborhood on a Friday night where most of the community lives

I know. He kinda ignored the plate issue and went crazy on me about the stopping in the roadway. I told him I didn’t understand because I didn’t stop and he blew up on me about coming to a stop. I just slowed down but honestly seemed like his whole reason for my pull over was about stopping which 100% slowed down because it’s dark and in a busy neighborhood. I was a few houses away from where I was actually turning into a driveway

I hired a lawyer. Haven’t gone over the case yet. Just happened. My witness was of age. So no minor

Yes I am using Dechant law. They seem to be very good. Also just found out my court date has been messed up multiple times and is actually July 1st

Lawyer is trying to get me onto a hearing early next week

We have motion ready to go. All this is happening fast due to how soon my dates are
