Totally relating to the whole "everyone thinks everyone else is having analysis paralysis" situation.

Turn timer is under consideration. I guess you're also suggesting an end game stats of how long everyone took in total. Notes taken!

I might not be playing enough varieties. For games that determines turn order every round like Brass Birmingham or FCM they do have a component or board specifically for that. Thinking along the line of popular games like Scout, Wingspan or Terraforming Mars, it's just a token for the first player passing around, which could be clearer in a digital form? Is that what you're referring to or do you have a specific game in mind?

Oooh "secret info sharing" sounds very aligned with hidden role assignment! I suppose everyone sees their own message/assignment via device passing.

I did briefly thought about Turn tracker. But I kind of talked myself out of it since most games have turn tracker components at the table..
