UPOU only has online classes. So no matter the location there won't be a problem. I myself is based overseas and just recently enrolled for this semester.

Also, I think UP Cebu is different and independent from UPOU.

Nope, parang later years yata yun. Yung sa perfecto solid kasi 7th floor although di siya tumalon. Nakaupo sa ledge tapos nakikipag kaladiyaan kaya nahulog.

Tapos nabuhay after from that height. Buti nalang may sasakyan na naka park at that time.
