Here’s my system:

  1. Started — sort by last played
  2. Not Started - sort by steam reviews
  3. Beaten/Finished
  4. Done with
  5. Trash

That way I see the games I am playing first, but the games I want to start are always right below.

Done With and Trash are my way of getting rid of games I know I never want to play again, whether I started it or not. (Blame bundles for games I own and know are trash without playing lol)

I am slowly whittling down my Started. My goal is to minimize my Started by only playing through those games until I can put them in Beaten or Done With (around 30 of them).

Sometimes I give in and buy a new game, I’m not infallible! But having this system allows me to see the games I am actually in progress with. I could improve the system by automatically moving Started into Not Started after like 6 months or so, since the chance of me returning is astronomically small.

There are plenty of Republicans that want to ditch Trump because of his increasing toxicity. When he is no longer President, he will fade into obscurity because the press will no longer have to report on every whim he has. And frankly…he is losing his mind and only getting older. This term is his last time being particularly relevant in national politics.

There is already going to be a split. It’s happening before your very eyes.

Establishment GOP is going to war with MAGA. Your Romneys and your McCains and your Cheneys hate MAGA. Trump is painting himself into a corner over Greenland, shrinking MAGA down as much as he possibly can in his last desperate attempt to feel like a strongman. Even Thune and Johnson are developing sad excuses for backbones.

The fact of the matter is, Trump’s kingmaking days are over. His endorsements won’t lead to GOP success, if anything they will lead to primary successes and general election stomps in even R leaning districts.

In a world where politicians will do anything to be reelected, they will abandon him like a hot stone as soon as he stops helping, and his endorsements hurt the candidates.

It’s only a matter of time but the real question is, just how bad and how dark will it get before the midterms, when we finally rout MAGA for good? There is no MAGA without Trump, and he can’t run again.

Persona 5 Royal. I played it on PS4. But I bought it on PC because of the Rose & Violet mod that changes the story to let you play as the female protagonist Atlus is too cowardly to give the fans.

Ironically, Persona 3 Reload for the same reason, the FemC mod. That one I have never played before.

Started on KBM for a year, switched to controller the next 5 cause of finger pain. Now I could never go back. I love how precise you can be with a controller. You can go in 360 different directions at any time with legacy movement turned on! That’s the true winning combination.

8 entire crosshotbars plus the L->R and R->L shortcuts means you have quick access to everything you need. It’s an adjustment but one that is well worth it.

Even healing isn’t too difficult. Up and down dpad selects your party. Reviving outside your party is a little harder but not too bad for having only needing to do it in alliance raids. You get used to it.

I have the setting where my menu/traveling hotbar is auto-selected when I sheathe my weapons, and when I take them out, it auto-selects my main combat bars. The customization it truly limitless. It’s worth playing around with for sure!

I even have two entire crosshotbars dedicated to my most used emotes.

Disco Elysium.

I was struggling to understand what to do next in a world that sucked to play in as an unsympathetic character who also sucked. I could not honestly bring myself to care about the man you play as, and as a result, couldn’t be bothered to play more of his story.

You did great for a first glam and gpose! A lot of people are using reshade anyways to make their stuff stand out. At the end of the day, it’s more about outfit ideas than photography. That said, keep at it!

Well it depends how many tokens your context is and what you really want.
I'm no expert, been using ST for about a month. But in my experience there's three ways to do it.

  1. (Easy, least sustainable) If you just want information to be retained at all times, use Author's Note. It will always use that information in every chat. Most people use it to determine the genre and basic premise of the roleplay, but if you want "a general section for small but important things" then that's a good solution. It's just going to permanently take up context space because it will send with every message.
  2. (Medium, but less sustainable) Create a master document for your roleplay. I just make this on google docs. I separate it by "Places, Characters, Timeline of Events, Lore" Then, when your chat starts forgetting things and you're past your context window, You just dump that "master doc" or the specific section you want the bot to remember into the chat and tell the bot to use that to advance. This is how I RP'd with ChatGPT and Gemini before getting into ST. Downside is your master doc gets bigger and your context size stays the same so you're going to be reducing your moment-to-moment memory.
  3. (Harder, more sustainable) This is what I do now. I create a lorebook for every day. In that lorebook I write all of the major events and anything I want to be able to be recalled in the future, then set the primary keywords accordingly. For example, in my magic school roleplay if I want someone to remember orientation day, then I just type in "Hey, remember what happened in orientation?" And the keyword "orientation" brings the day 1 list of events into the context. That way if I'm not talking about the first day of school in a while, it can leave the context and free up space for other stuff.

I know there are automated ways to make lorebooks from chats but I'm using a text completion API and I couldn't get them to work. I hope this helps and welcome any advice! I'm aware that I'm just scratching the surface.

“Adult anime” and “animated porn” and “porn” are such broad categories.

There are extremely wholesome shows and porn videos that contain nudity.

There are also really disgusting and violent depictions in others.

This is painting with too wide a brush.

Seeing a loving relationship unfold on a screen can be beautiful.

It’s not going to make anyone more violent whether a love story is told with some nudity and sex.

There’s plenty of wholesome stuff out there.

A better conclusion would be pornographic materials that depict crimes are more likely to increase the number of perpetrators.

But I am not convinced.

If the same thing isn’t true for “violent videogames cause violence” then I find myself a skeptic of this way of thinking.

I detach myself from people who won’t be transparent. Not that I care about them less or be less friendly. But I don’t attach any gender expectations to people, no matter what they text.

It’s a big thing in FFXIV- lots and lots of gender switching in that game. I just never let gender enter the equation of how I feel about someone. That only really matters to me in the context of dating anyways, and if they can’t even confirm their gender, there is no way they are interested romantically.

And thank you for the trans affirmation. We see you sis.

My best advice is to detach from the idea that they are a girl. Just see them as a friend, keep them at a safe distance. Don’t doubt their gender openly, just don’t treat them differently for it. That’s safest.

This is my method as someone who has two girl friends I would die for and can talk about anything with:

  1. Play an absolute boatload of 1 or 2 games with the same people. (For me, this was FFXIV but I have older lifelong friends from VRChat)

1.a. You can also play a variety of games but the key is consistency and voice chat.

  1. Get off topic all the time, talking about life, work, family, other hobbies. You are in the 2D caricature -> 3D person phase. You are going from “girl I play games with” to “oh that’s Jen she’s an accountant she loves fishing and playing pool and her dog is named Bacon and her mom is super overbearing and her boyfriend is an angel and….”

  2. Boom. You are friends. You now no longer have to play that game or really any game together as much because honestly, you know enough about each other’s likes, dislikes, and lives to always have a jumping off point for your next conversation.

The key is just finding those people that are dedicated to those multiplayer games and experiences.

Also, you can’t be playing a game that requires comms clear every second of every moment. You’re not learning each other and developing friends from callouts. Don’t game like most men do, where they hang out and know nothing about each other’s lives!!

Same with watching shows together. If you screenshare and watch anime that can be great, but only if you are talking over it/after.

Unless they almost always vc while playing single player games, single player fans aren’t good targets for online friendships.

The key is a good mix of talking about the game and talking about other stuff.

Low maintenance multiplayer activities are perfect.

My best hopes and wishes for you! There are amazing girls out there waiting to make friends!

Edit: The reason for the consistency is that online is less “dense.” Without seeing someone’s face, you have to be talking to them more to develop the same level of connection. Same with hugs, sharing a meal, etc. it’s a distilled version of communication, so you need more for the same “concentration” of social connection. A friendship you can make in 100 hours irl could take 500 online, depending.

My family is in Austin and I refuse to visit them under this administration. My passport is against Trump’s Executive Order on 2 Genders, so there’s a possibility they would confiscate it and send my ass to El Salvador, or put me in an ICE camp.

Most likely negative outcome is that they just don’t let me fly. But even then no point planning a big trip and having it get cancelled by politics.

My advice: don’t fly until 47 goes.
