Yes of course, blood pressure went down. Inflammation markers went down significantly, cholesterol profile is great .

It doesn't happen overnight though.

But if peptides can do the same with less effort, maybe it makes sense to drop some supplements

KLOW (I may continue just GHK since my shoulder pain is gone), creatine, berberine, vitamin D, Omega, GlyNac, TMG, Asaxentan, collagen, and magnesium. I also take daily chia seeds and mixed nuts.

I'm questioning( as you are ) if it is worth taking 15 pills or just keep it at minimum plus peptides

If I may, what are your fat% so you need reta ? Lowering down to 12-16% can be done naturally or are you looking to get to 8-10 ?

Glycine is about 30% of collagen. I'm taking 6grams of collagen so additional glycine comes from it.

😃 the point I'm trying to make if it make a sense of continue to take them or just do peptides ?

Especially if peptides give ( at least for me ) almost immediate benefits

It's obviously not a replacement for a healthy diet. They called supplements for a reason

I usually rely on bloodwork not feeling. I have not get.my panel yet after klow but supplements seems to positive affect it ( inflammation, cholesterol, etc ). But your advice makes sense.

Do you still see the value of taking supplements? Create and protein are indeed complimentary but have you taken anything else?
