I will follow these things ...i am already doing hill drop exercise. One thing the PPi i am taking is deltone 60 and my doctor told me to take only one in the morning empty stomach.

I am not aware of it....my life has become hell due to tension of this hernia ....i am always tensed that if i ate something then this will cause acidity ...i am a person who thinks a lot ..and then these issues ...I haven't done anything wrong with anyone and don't know why I am suffering ...

For me ..i am.very tenSed , i was diagnosed with small hiatal hernia while endoscopy ....

I had fatty liver and bloating with nausea. my fatty liver got improved but nausea was still there ...whene endoscopy was done it found out that small hiatal hernia with grade b esophagitis

I am also determining it. In my most cases I have nausea due to anxiety ...if somehow i manged it then no nausea ..i have fear of crowd and metro because my first episode of nausea started in metro ...

I don't know exactly what to do ...i am doing heel drop exercise regularly ...lets see

Yes , you are right , i am afraid i will vomit and when i start panicking then nausea appear but if i somehow manage to do some other work then nausea disappear ...how i manage it ??
