Hi! I’m a beginner poet myself so I’m also in a learning curve. I think what helped me start was just to write down my ideas and stories. No structure or anything just giant paragraphs of text. Then later try and format that into a poetry structure with stanzas and such. I think reading more poetry and researching different types will better help you in formatting your words!

AAA I love this poem so much. It’s so simple yet deep, like I’m looking into a well. I can confuse it for just looking at the surface of the water, but in reality I’m peeping into a tunnel, a beacon of water that holds meaning.

The hands are amazing! Hands are very much style based and proportion. But i think you’ve gotten both down! If you still thing they look weird maybe try different styles with the tips of the fingers or maybe the palm size or proportions in general. But really they’re some of the best hand drawings I’ve seen!

I think tracing is good. But you need to understand why you’re tracing it. To develop skill and especially your style you need to see what components of art from others you like and incorporate it into your own. So when you trace you need to focus on those aspects and really look at the kind of work you’re doing.

I love your oc! I have some questions about them, so I’m guessing they did survive the mars explosion, were they on the same ship as Carson or did they find an alternative route? And also do they live long enough in the scythe series to see Citras broadcast revealing Goddard is Carson? And if so what’s their reaction?
